OVERVIEW
Carbox is an AI-powered SaaS platform that gives dealerships computer vision technology to turn raw car photos, shot from multiple angles, into professional dealership-ready images with selectable backgrounds. The scope covered product brainstorming and full design from the ground up in Figma, spanning a complete SaaS web platform (pricing, subscriptions, team management, token limits, settings) and a companion mobile app, each designed around a different way of capturing the source photos.

VIN-to-Photo Core Flow
Designed the core flow: enter a vehicle's VIN, select a background (or use a recommendation), then upload or capture each required car angle, including interior and exterior options.

Guided Camera Capture with Position Outlines
On mobile, each angle comes with an on-screen outline showing exactly where to position the car, so users can shoot a clean, consistent front, rear, or side photo without guesswork, then move automatically to the next required angle.

VIN-Based Background Recommendation & AI Generation
Starting from just a VIN, the flow guides users through background selection (or a recommended option) and multi-angle capture, before the AI automatically generates professional dealership photos with custom branding and background options.

Full SaaS Product Beyond the Core Feature
Beyond the photo-generation feature itself, the product was designed as a complete SaaS platform with pricing, subscriptions, team member management, and token limits, the parts of a real product that make it usable at a business level, not just a proof of concept.
IMPACT
By designing both the guided mobile capture flow and the full surrounding SaaS product, Carbox has a path for dealerships to go from raw car photos to professional, on-brand images with minimal friction, whether they're using a desktop workflow or capturing photos directly on a phone in the lot. Covering pricing, subscriptions, and team management alongside the core AI feature means the product is ready to operate as a real business tool, not just a technical demo.
RESULTS
A complete Figma design for Carbox, covering both a desktop web SaaS platform and a dedicated mobile app, from initial product brainstorming through a fully designed AI-powered photo generation flow, guided mobile camera capture, VIN scanning, and the full supporting SaaS product, pricing, subscriptions, team members, token limits, and account settings included.
