OVERVIEW
SpeedyPod is an AI tool that turns a single podcast upload (audio or video) into a full suite of repurposed content, from transcripts and summaries to social posts and short-form video clips, automatically. The scope covered designing the entire product from scratch in Figma and then implementing it directly in Framer, spanning both the public-facing landing page (About, Features, Product, Pricing) and the internal SaaS application (auth, dashboard, upload flow, results, pricing/upgrade, settings).

OBJECTIVES
/ 01
Simplify a Complex AI Output Into One Clear Flow
Design an upload-to-results experience that makes a large number of generated content types easy to browse and use.
/ 02
Cover the Full Product, Not Just the Landing Page
Design and implement both the public marketing site and the internal SaaS application as one connected system.
/ 03
Build a Reusable Design Foundation
Establish a Figma design system and component library able to scale across the many result and content types the product generates.

/ 01
Public Landing Page
Designed and implemented the marketing site in Framer, including About, Features, Product, and Pricing pages.

/ 02
Internal SaaS Application
Designed and implemented the app's internal flows: authentication (login/sign up), SaaS home/dashboard, settings, and the pricing/upgrade plan flow.

/ 03
Upload-to-Results Core Flow
Establish a Figma design system and component library able to scale across the many result and content types the product generates.

/ 04
Repurposed Content Output Library
Covered a wide range of generated content types, including transcription, summaries, timestamped chapters, title recommendations, keywords, blog posts, newsletters, and social posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram.

/ 05
Short-Form Clip Generation
Designed the experience for Magic Clip highlights along with TikTok and YouTube Shorts clip generation.

/ 06
Design System & Component Library
Built a Figma design system and component library, then implemented it fully in Framer across both the landing page and the internal product.
/ 01
One Upload, Many Outputs
A single podcast upload (audio or video) automatically generates transcription, summaries, timestamped chapters, title suggestions, keywords, blog posts, newsletters, and social posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram, all exportable directly from the results.

/ 02
Magic Clip & Short-Form Video Generation
Automatically surfaces the most compelling short highlight clips from a podcast, plus purpose-built exports for TikTok and YouTube Shorts, turning long-form audio or video into ready-to-post short-form content.

/ 03
One Connected System (Landing Page + Internal App)
Rather than designing just a marketing site, the entire experience, from first landing page visit through sign-up, upload, and results, was designed and built as one connected Framer product.

IMPACT
For a product whose core value is turning one podcast into a large volume of usable content, the design work made a genuinely complex output easy to navigate, users can go from upload to a full set of ready-to-export content without feeling overwhelmed by the number of formats available. Building the landing page and internal SaaS as one connected Framer product also meant a consistent design language from first visit through active use, backed by a Figma design system built to scale as new content types are added.
RESULTS
SpeedyPod launched as a fully designed and implemented product spanning the marketing site and internal SaaS application, covering the full user journey from upload through a wide library of repurposed content, transcripts, summaries, blog posts, newsletters, social posts, and short-form video clips among them. With a reusable design system underpinning both the landing page and the product itself, the build was set up to support new content types and features without needing to redesign the system from scratch each time.
